Srinagar: SK University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology a 6th best State agricultural University in India has been awarded Second position in JRF (2021-22) under Veterinary and Fisheries Science.
It has bagged nine PG scholarships in the field of Veterinary and Fisheries Sciences at All-India Level in an impressive function held at New Delhi during the Annual Conference of Vice Chancellors Chaired by Hon’ble Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department N.S. Tomar. Besides, the University has also been awarded “A” Grade Accreditation by the ICAR for a period of 05 years.
The Vice Chancellor Prof. N.A. Gnani has expressed gratitude to the officers, faculty members and auxiliary staff of the University for bringing laurels to the University and for achieving newer heights day by day. The University in the recent past has bagged 6th rank at All-India Level and has been awarded “Brand Excellent” in Atal Ranking of Innovations.
