Hajin: A 30 -year-old casual employee in power department died after he fell from an electric pole in Ajas area north Kashmir’s Bandipora on Saturday .
Police officials said that Manzoor Ahamd Lone son of Mohammad Sultan Lone a resident of Garoora Bandipora, a Power Development Department (PDD) lineman, was repairing an electric cable at Ajas village of Bandipora district when he fell from the pole.
The lineman’s death has left his family including two children in distress.
He said that Lone was rushed to CHC hospital Hajin where he was declared dead.
Meanwhile, the Police has registered a case and started an investigation in this regard
