UDHAMPUR: To generate awareness among the masses, District Development Council Chairperson, Udhampur Lal Chand launched a poster on Covid-19 Do’s and Don’ts prepared by “Karam Karte Chalo Welfare Society Udhampur (J&K)” in presence of DDC Councillors, here in his Office the other day.
After the launch of the poster, Chairman of the Welfare Society, Vikas Kumar stated that the Society has listed the do’s and don’ts for spreading awareness among the general public of the district regarding COVID Appropriate Behaviour & to highlight the importance of safety measures for curbing the spread of Covid-19.
While appreciating the unique initiative taken by the NGO to beat the deadly pandemic, the DDC Chairperson appealed the people to wear face masks, repeatedly wash hands with soap and avoid visiting crowded places.
