Srinagar: Department of Management Studies, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University organized a workshop on STATCRAFT- a Statistical Data Analysis Software for research scholars and faculty members. The session was conducted by the experts from STATCRAFT.
Vice Chancellor, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Prof. Akbar Masood appreciated the efforts of the department for organizing the workshop and hoped that the department would organise such types of workshops in future as well to improve the research and academic outlook of the department. Experts from STATCRAFT demonstrated the various functions of the software which included basic as well as the advanced statistics.
During the workshop the Participants were briefed about the overall working of STATCRAFT software and its usage in research applications. The resource person demonstrated the various menus and functions that are available in the software which can be used in the research. The session was attended by faculty members and research scholars of the Department of Management Studies and Economics. At the end of the session, the participants raised various queries regarding the usage of this software as well as its technical requirements.
