Srinagar: Police in Baramulla started a checking drive of Covid vaccination certificates and reviewed Covid Appropriate Behavior (CAB) in several markets of the district.
A Police party under the supervision of SDPO Uri Shri Junaid Wali-JKPS along with SHO PS Uri and SHO PS Bijhama conducted a drive in some markets in order to check vaccination certificates of shopkeepers and CAB in markets.
Joint teams of police, civil administration and health officials shall undertake this checking drive on daily basis. People are requested to carry their vaccination certificates along with them whether 1st or both doses have been taken.
People in general are requested not to fall prey to rumours and are advised to get their vaccination done from nearby hospitals and also wear masks and keep social distance to avoid Covid. People were also advised to follow the precautionary measures in order to contain the spread of Covid-19.
