Khrew youth injured in road accident, succumbs at SKIMS

PAMPORE: A 32 years old youth, who was seriously injured in a road accident two days ago near Lethpora area of Awantipora in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura Srinagar on Friday evening.
The deceased was identified as Firdous Ahmad Shera son of Ghulam Mohammad, resident of Khrew Pampore.
Firdous was seriously injured on September 08 when his Alto K-10 vehicle bearing registration number JK13B-4771 collided with a tree near milk factory Lethpora, resulting in his serious injuries.
He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Pampore from where he was referred to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar in critical condition where he succumbed into his injuries on Friday evening, police officials told Kashmir Reader.
The body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
In this regard a case stands already registered in the police station Awantipora.
