UDHAMPUR: To sensitize the common masses about the Covid-19 Appropriate Behaviour (CAB), District Information Centre Udhampur today conducted an awareness campaign through announcements in the vicinity of Udhampur Town here this morning.
While briefing the media, District Information Officer Ateeksha Sethi said that the main objective of conducting this awareness campaign is to generate awareness among the masses about Covid-19 Appropriate behaviour. She also advised the common masses not to panic and protect themselves and their loved ones from coronavirus. She urged the public to follow basic protocols like wearing face masks, washing hands with soap frequently and maintaining social distance. She informed the public that precautions are the only effective tools for the containment of COVID-19.
During the campaign, Officials of the Information Department made the public aware through announcements about Covid-19 and appealed to them to adhere to the Covid appropriate behaviour.
