APS Srinagar records 100 percent pass percentage in CBSE Board exams

Srinagar: When the nation was in the midst of an unprecedented pandemic, the education infrastructure across the nation was also not spared either, thus affecting the academics of the students, throughout the country. The worst affected were the students who had to appear for their Class Xth and XIIth Board exams.
Swiftly reacting to the situation, the Army Public School, Srinagar changed the methodology from classroom based teaching, to online teaching, thereby ensuring, that the students, did not suffer in any way. This was a big relief, not only for the students, but also for the parents.
Combined efforts of the teaching staff and the students of the school has led to a 100% pass percentage in CBSE Board Exam, 2020-21, making the school proud by achieving the API of 326.6 (Cl-XII) and 240.3 (Cl-X). The school now stands high in the rankings of Army Public Schools.
Some of the students, who excelled and brought laurels to the school, by their outstanding performance are Ridhika Madan – 95.60% (Science), Sumaya S – 95.40% (Huminities) and Zaid Khan – 92.80% (Commerce) from Class 12th & Abhinandan Singh Katoch – 96.80%, Kartikey Sangwan – 95.80% and Pratyakash Agarwal – 95.60%, of Class 10th.
It is heartening to see that the local students have outperformed and scored outstanding marks beating all other schools in the region.
