CRPF celebrates Yoga day in Pampore

PAMPORE: The 7th International Yoga day was celebrated at Central Reserve Police Forces (CRPF) headquarters Lethpora area of Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
On the occasion, troops of all ranks participated.
110 Battalion CRPF Lethpora organised International Yoga Day in a befitting manner at its headquarters Lethpora and at its sub units at Pampore area while maintaining social distancing among the troops as per COVID-19 protocol.
Yoga Day session was inaugurated by Yogesh Purohit, Commandant 110 Battalion CRPF, in presence of, second in Commandant, Dy Commandant, other officers and men. All the officers participated in the Yoga session which was organised keeping in consideration all the COVID-19 protocols, CRPF officials told Kashmir Reader.
The importance of Yoga in one’s life Commandant Purohit motivated all to imbibe Yoga as routine of their life to have a better physical and mental health and spiritual wellness.
