Not recruiting BDS graduates for DRDO Covid Hospital unfortunate: SDSJK

SRINAGAR: Society of Dental Surgeons, J&K (SDSJK) in a communiqué on Friday has taken a strong note of the exclusion of BDS graduates for 500 DRDO Covid Hospital to be set up at Jammu. The walk-in interview notice vide order no. GMC/ESTT/206 dated 20/05/2021 issued by Principal GMC Jammu has not followed the Govt. Directions in letter & spirit.
In a statement issued by the society It is pertinent to mention that inclusion of BDS Graduates along with MO(MBBS/ISM) to be appointed in 500 bedded DRDO Covid Hospital (Jammu/Srinagar) has been already mentioned as per the Govt Order no 398-JK-HME of 2021 dated 18-5-2021 but unfortunately Principal GMC Jammu has flouted the directions.
SDSJK appeals theLG Manoj Sinha & FC H&ME Atal Dullo to direct Principal GMC Jammu to issue corrigendum & publish new recruitment notification as per the said Govt. Order and the same be conveyed to Principal GMC Srinagar.
