Srinagar: Winter Games Association of J&K Thursday conducted Ski and snowboarding championship for senior boys and girls at Kongdori.
Aroud 60 athletes representing different districts took part.
The race was opened by top Indian skier Arif Khan.
Bilal Ahmad Sheikh won one gold and one bronze medal, Waseem Bhat won a silver and bronze medal, Haseeb Hajam won one silver, Kadhif Bhat won one gold medal.
While in girls section Sabiya Nabi won two gold, Sans Afzal won one silver and bronze and Zainab won one silver and one bronze medal.
In snowboarding event Mehraj Din won one gold, Zubair Lone wone silver and Firdous Ahmad won bronze medal.
The competition was held in two events, slalom and giant slelom. Today the selection trials for Khelo India will be held.
