SRINAGAR: The Paramedical diploma holders of the Ist semester from the Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar on Friday held a protest demonstration here in Srinagar demanding the college authorities to conduct their exams online mode or providing the mass production to them.
Scores of the Paramedical diploma holders from GMC Srinagar include boys and girls assembled here in press enclave and holding placards and banners in their hands which reads ” we want justice,” ” we demand online exam,” “Students future at stake”, ” GMC wake-up”, and ” Save our future”.
The protesting students said that they are demanding the college authorities to conduct their exams online mode as soon as possible. So, they can complete their diploma on time.
“We have wasted a lot of time, as our IST semester exams have not been conducted yet. The degree holders who were studying in the college have completed their degree. But we are still in the first semester. Now we are demanding the college authorities to conduct our exams to either provide us mass promotion,” said one of the protesting students.
