PULWAMA: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Pulwama, Dr Raghav Langer today convened a meeting here to review post snowfall situation including snow clearance, connectivity, restoration of power, water supply, availability of ration and other essential commodities in the district.
On the occasion, the DDC said that all major roads in the district including Pulwama-Shopian, Pulwama-Pulwama-Keller, Pulwama-Srinagar and other approach roads to far flung areas have been cleared and men and machinery is on task to make the roads through for the general public.
He directed officers to work in close coordination for early restoration of roads, drainage, power and water supply so that people do not have to face any problem during harsh winter season.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Awantipora, Tral and other concerned officers and officials.
