DDC Kupwara reviews arrangements for examination of Accounts Assistant

KUPWARA: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Kupwara , Anshul Garg today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the arrangements being put in place for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written examination for various District Cadre Posts of Accounts Assistant(AA),Panchayat held by J&K Service Selection Board.
During the meeting, It was given out that the examination shall be held on November 10, (Tuesday) from 12 noon to 2pm at 36 examination centres, including 18 Government Educational Institutions, 3 Government Degree Colleges, 2 ITIs, one JNV and 12 Private Educational Institutions.
Also, It was decided that 36 Superintendents and 280 supervisors shall be engaged for the purpose, besides required invigilators as per the requirement of one invigilator for 24 students. Moreover, Magistrates shall also be appointed at all 36 examination centres, while 12 flying squads shall also be appointed, besides, 12 nodal officers for private educational institutions to facilitate the students.
Meanwhile, the District Information Officer was asked to provide a list of private videographers who shall be engaged for video coverage of each examination centre.
Besides, the Chief Education Officer was directed to provide a list of 1000 teachers for randomization to appoint as invigilators.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone, Chief Education Officer, principles of JNV, College, Superintendent ITI, District Information Officer and other concerned were present.
Later, the DDC also reviewed the arrangements for JNV examination being conducted at 13 Centres in the district.
