KATHUA: Giving fillip to registration of MSME Units of District Kathua on Govt. platforms like Udyam Portal, GeMs Portal Registration & TReDS, a one day awareness/ interactive session was conducted by the District Industries Centre, Kathua, here under the chairmanship of General Manager, Babu Ram.
Senior Officer from MSME Department, Vishnujee Koul, & representatives attended the awareness camp. Raj Kumar, President Industries Association Hiranagar & other unit holders and their representatives were also present.
The GM, in his opening remarks, exhorted upon the Entrepreneurs and their representatives to strive hard for becoming job creators instead of job seekers and strive for self reliant India by participating in Udyam Portal, GeMs Portal Registration & TReDS.
He made Entrepreneurs and their representatives aware about the online portals viz Udyam Portal, GeMs Portal Registration & TReDS.
Vinujee Koul, Senior Officer from MSME Department gave a detailed presentation regarding registration on Udyam Portal. The Functional Managers, IPO’s and other officials of DIC, Kathua explained at length the different online portals of Govt. Of India Ministry of MSME. The Industrialists/Entrepreneurs were also requested to attend the upcoming webinar on 21st of October on GeM Portal registration from 2 PM to 5 PM for which the link shall be conveyed to the Industrialist on their email address.
