SRINAGAR: With 5 more COVID-19 sick patients discharged after recovery, SKIMS Bemina (JVC) crosses 1000 sick COVID -19 recoveries with multiple co- morbidities.
Till date the number of COVID-19 recovered patient’s moves to 1002, out of total COVID-19 Positive admitted patients numbering 1093 till date. The recovery rate at present is 91.67% with 36 fatalities; the mortality rate is 3.29%.
The above figure includes 211 patients admitted in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology with 193 discharged after recovery.
These recovered patients in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology include 93 child births with 58 through major surgery (LSCS) and 35 through Normal Deliveries.
In addition to this, the COVID Testing Lab at SKIMS Medical College Hospital, Bemina is conducting around 500 Tests daily and till date 50,126 tests have been conducted.
