KULGAM: A man was crushed to death by a speedy truck in Qaimoh area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday evening.
Police sources said that a truck bearing registration number JK03-2429 hit the 45-year-old man at Ghat Qaimoh around 6:30 pm on Thursday, resulting in his on-spot death.
The deceased was identified as Maqsood Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Qadir Bhat of Wanpora Qaimoh. They said a hunt has been launched to nab the absconding truck driver. KNO
