Top quality to cost Rs 21000 per three thousand bricks , excluding transportation

BUDGAM: The rates of the bricks which were increased by the brick kilns owners in the lockdown months have been fixed by the district administration Budgam on Saturday with three thousand bricks, now costing a customer Rs 21000 including loading and unloading charges.
As per the official order issued by the Deputy commissioner Budgam which reads that in suppression of all previous orders issued on the subject. I Deputy Commissioner Budgam in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 13 of J & K Brick kilns ( Regulation) Act, issued vide notification SRO 93 dated 23-03-2011, fix the rates of pacca bricks manufactured in the brick kilns of district Budgam, other than size of mechanized, with standard of ( 9″ X3″ X4) having weight of 3 Kgs per brick with full sound commonly known as ” A” grade brick at Rs 21000/- (Rupees Twenty One thousand only) per three thousand bricks, including of all takes loading/ unloading charges excluding transporting charges.
