SRINAGAR: Acting tough against the violators of prohibitory orders, police have seized 20 vehicles and fined 43 violators for defying govt orders in Kulgam.
43 violators were fined for not wearing masks in Kulgam and fine to the tune of ?4,700 was collected from them.
Police have also seized 20 vehicles in the district for violating orders issued by the administration.
Police have once again requested the general public to follow the directions issued by the Government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Persons found violating Government orders will be dealt as per law.
