SRINAGAR: Bharatiya Janata Party General Secretary Ram Madhav is scheduled to travel the Valley on Sunday for a one day visit after three of his colleagues were killed in Bandipora.
A source in BJP said that Madhav will pay a visit to the families of the slain BJP politicians, and hold a series of meetings in the party.
“Madhav ji has cut down some of his important engagements to visit Kashmir. This will be important for many things for the party and for security. He will meet the family and be with them to share their grief and sorrow,” the top BJP leader said on the condition of anonymity.
He said Madhav will arrive here on Sunday, and leave New Delhi on Monday morning to resume his engagements.
