Baramulla: Two residential houses were gutted in a fire incident in Rawatpora village of Tangmarg on Monday night.
Official sources said that fire broke out in a Rawatpora village of Tangmarg on Monday night in which two residential houses got damaged due to which three families suffered immense losses by the blaze.
They said that fire tenders from Tangmarg reached the spot and saved the other nearby houses.
The families of Parvaiz Ahmad Lone, Abdul Aziz Lone and Nazir Ahmad Lone suffered losses.
The local people of the area hailed the immediate steps taken by the SHO Tangmarg Basharat Ali who reached the spot to save the other nearby houses with the help of locals. The local people appealed to the administration to help the families.
