Srinagar: Private Schools Association of Jammu and Kashmir Thursday welcomed the elevation of Javed Iqbal Wani as the Judge for the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh.
The Association termed his elevation as an inspirational story for students who want to make a mark in life by dint of his or her merit. “Particularly for the students who want to take law as their profession, Javed Iqbal presents a beacon of light. He has been one of the best lawyers and now we are sure he will be equally a better judge,” said G N Var president PSAJK.
The Association said that it has been after a long time that our society and students in particular have something to celebrate. “With our schools closed most students are inching towards depression as they feel pessimistic about their future. But with inspirational stories as that of Javed Iqbal we want to assure our students that the current situation is a momentary pause and we will overcome all difficulties in due course of time,” said Var.
