Ayush unit Baramulla distributes Immune booster medicine among people in far flung areas

Baramulla: The department of ayush started awareness programs in far flung areas of Baramulla district and are distributing immune booster medicines among the general public so that they can fight against the novel Coronavirus who killed over 4 lakh people across the world in the past seven months.
Official sources in the department said that a team of ayush Baramulla including Dr Riyaz Ahmad Khan, Dr Jernail Singh and Dr Bashir Ahmad reached the village Shrakwara which is a far flung area of district and provided awareness among the general public regarding covid 19 on Tuesday. On the occasion at public health centre Shrakwara the team also distributed face masks and other immune booster medicines among the public in presence of village Sarpanch Daljeet Singh, and chairman block development council Gulam Mohiudin Sofi.
From past several days the department also held several such programs in Uri, and Kandi areas of the district where they made people aware how they can defeat the Coronavirus. The teams also distribute immune booster medicines, face masks and motivate people that covid 19 is not a danger if necessary measures can follow. They aware people about the use of face covering masks, social distances and its good results.
The people in large appreciate the efforts taken by the ISM and ayush unit Baramulla.
