Barmulla: A man was injured in a bear attack in Nowshera village of Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday morning. Official sources said that a man identified as Mohammad Yaseen Chodery son of Mohammad Yaqoob Chodery was attacked by a black bear in nearby forests on Sunday morning. The injured was shifted to nearby hospital for treatment, where he is said to be stable.
Police station Boniyar, registered a report in this regard while the wildlife department started its enquiry.
