PAMPORE: A three-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by her 13-year-old minor cousin in a Wuyan Khrew area of Pampore in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said
The incident came into fore after the parents of a girl lodged a complaint against a minor boy aged  13 in police station Khrew.
As per the complaint lodged with the police, by the father of the alleged rape victim the incident took place few days back and the girl had narrated the incident with her parents.
Police said that the accused is cousin of the victim and live within the same premises.
SHO Khrew, Zahoor Ahmad told Kashmir Reader that police has arrested the accused and filed an FIR under section 376, 3/4 PASCO ACT.
“ The minor boy has been arrested and has been sent to juvenile home,” SHO said.
