Two houses damaged by fire at Uri

BARAMULLA: At least two residential houses were gutted in a fire incident in border town Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday morning.
Locals said that fire was broke out in the house of Abdul Majeed a resident of Gawalta village Saturday morning and it also damaged another adjoining house of Khadam Hussain before locals and police doused the flames. They said that as per initial reports fire broke out due to leak in an LPG cylinder, however Uri police register a report and start its investigation. According to police, there is no report of any human or animal loss but the owners have lost property.
