Srinagar: Under the on going humanitarian assistance programme carried out throughout Kashmir and Chinab valleys J&K Yateem Foundation Baramulla provided cash and kind assistance to COVID-19 lockdown affected families to mitigate their hardships , on 20-05-2020. An amount of467500 was disbursed among 277 widow headed ,poor and destitute families in different parts of district on the eve of Eid ul Fitre.The beneficiaries were selected after the on spot verification carried out by respective Tehsil representatives of the organisation .It is in place to mention that from the on set of the COVID 19 lockdown the grassroot level volunteers of J &K Yateem Foundation District Baramulla are on their toes to provide every possible assistance to the needy people affected by the lockdown .So far J&K Yateem Foundation District Baramulla disbursed an amount of Rs.2775000/among 1297 deservingfamilies.JKYF is highly thankful to its thousands of esteemed donors,who have been supporting our social cause initiatives to feed and rehablitate the needy people.J&k Yateem Foundation District Baramulla by by provides ambulance service 24×7 to the needy patients against fuel charges , however poor patients are not charged any fee in all the circumstances
