Kashmir Economic Alliance pegs preliminary losses during lockdown at Rs 8416 crore

Srinagar: Kashmir Economic Alliance on Sunday said that an interim report prepared by it has calculated losses during for 60 days of Covid-19 lock down started from 19 March to 17 May 2020 based on of daily average business in valley at about RS 8416.2 crore approximately
In a statement issue by its President Ajaz Shahdhar ,it said that the alliance will publish full and final report of total losses to buisnesses in Kashmir after the end of current lock down in valley.
Moreover it said that Eid business in valley is approximately 300 crore and it starts one week before the festival and losses in valley will be increased in coming days.
