Srinagar: Police on Thursday arrested 28 persons in north Kashmir’s Handwara for defying restriction orders and 4 shops were also seized. “Cases under relevant sections of the law have been registered at respective Police Stations and further investigations have been taken up,” police said in a statement.
“Police once again requested the general public to follow the restrictions imposed by the government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and those who are violating the restriction orders will be dealt strictly,” it said.
