Srinagar: Three residential houses were partially damaged in a fire incident at Noor Bagh area of Srinagar on Wednesday afternoon. As per the eyewitnesses, fire engulfed the residential houses of Ghulam Muhammad Kaloo, Mushtaq Ahmed Dar and Habibullah Wani on Wednesday. Deputy Director of Fire and Emergency department, Bashir Ahmad Shah told Kashmir Reader that three houses were partially damaged. “We controlled the fire on time. There were chances of huge losses due to congestion in the locality,” he said He said that the cause of the fire could not be known immediately. “Investigation will ascertain the cause of fire,” he added. As per reports, six families were residing in these houses.
