Srinagar: Top Jaish-e-Mohammad commander was killed in Sopore gunfight on Wednesday, police said.
Police identified the slain as Sajad Nawab Dar.
The encounter broke out in Sopore today morning and was still underway. Mobile internet services were also suspended in the area.
