BARAMULLA: An engineer of R&B department was suspended by the authorities here in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday over complaints against him.
Deputy commissioner (DC) Baramulla Gulam Nabi Itoo passed an order which said that “pending inquiry into the complaints against him, Khursheed Ahmad, AAO Executive Engineer R&B Division Baramulla is placed under suspension with immediate effect”.
:During the suspension period, he shall remain attached to DC office Baramulla. Further, Mohammad Shafi Lone, AAO BDO office Rafiabad shall look after the charge of AAO Executive Engineer R&B Division Baramulla in addition to his own duty, reads the order. Further, Additional Deputy Commissioner Baramulla shall conduct an enquiry and will submit the report within three days,” the order said.
