BARAMULLA: A single storey house was damaged in a fire incident at Chakla area of Baramulla.
The fire – according to locals – broke out during midnight in the house of Ghulam Mohammad Seikh with locals fist trying to douse the flame.
Later fire tenders from Baramulla were called in to contain the fire from spreading to adjacent properties. The fire was later brought out under control but there was significant damage to the house.
