Unrelenting firing along LoC prompts Uri families to relocate

Baramulla: Unrelenting firing along Line of Control has forced several families from Churanda village in Uri to shift to safer places with many families now talking refuge at Uri Higher Secondary School.
According to Sarpanch of the Churanda village Lal Din Ahmad almost 10 families that are more close to the LoC have moved to safer places.
He said that four families have shifted on Monday, even though few family members have stayed back to take care of the cattle that the families have left behind.
Meanwhile, SDM Uri Riyaz Ahmad said that proper arrangement for their stay and food has been put in place for the families.
