Srinagar: Four militants were killed in an encounter that raged between forces and militants in Sunderbani area of Rajouri on Wednesday, police said.

Director General of Police (DGP), Shesh Pal Vaid confirmed the killing of four militants, saying that it was a group which recently infiltrated from LOC.

The state police chief also praised the cops for ending the operation successfully. 

“4 Terrorists killed in joint operation in Sunderbani Rajouri. It was a group recently infiltrated from LOC. Great job boys,” DGP Vaid tweeted.
