Baramulla: Government forces on Tuesday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) at Astaan Mohalla Saloosa Kreeri in North Kashmir’s Baramulla District.

Official sources said that the search operation was launched jointly by Army, police and CRPF after receiving information about the presence of militants in the area.

Door to door searches were conducted in the area however, the operation ended peacefully, sources said.
