Srinagar: Refuting the claims about the militant attack on Air force station Koel, police on Tuesday said that the information is preliminary in nature.
” No attack on the airforce station Koel. A SF vehicle while returning from a nearby Water point had exchange of fire with militants. Area under cordon. Information is preliminary in nature. @JmuKmrPolice”, Jammu Kashmir Police tweeted.
Earlier , there were reports about a suspected militant attack on the guards post of Air force station in Malangpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
