Handwara: A residential house was damaged in a mysterious fire incident in Pachkot Handwara on Friday evening.

A massive fire broke out at 09: 20 pm mysteriously in residential house of Abdul Rashid of Pachkot Manzgam Handwara damaging the structure completely. The fire was finally brought under control by fire tenders with the help of locals. However, the house was completely damaged and the property worth lacs was destroyed.

No loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.

Meanwhile, Police have registered a case in this regard.
