Srinagar: Terming the killing of a civilian in Kulgam as “genocide” of Kashmiris, the Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has called for complete shutdown across for Kashmir on Saturday (January 13).
“Killing of youth is done under a well planned strategy. Probes ordered into these killings is nothing but a mere eyewash,” said the JRL comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.
