Sopore: A motorcyclist was critically injured when a speedy four wheeler vehicle hit his motorcycle in Sopore outskirts on Friday morning.

According to reports a 35 year old man identified as Bashir Ahmed Malik son of Mohammad Subhan Malik resident of Darpora Bomai was critically injured in a road accident at Zindri crossing near Bomai village in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday when his motorcycle on which he was travelling was hit by aspeedy Tata Sumo leaving him critically injured.

He was rushed to Sub District Hospital Sopore for treatment.

Meanwhile authorities at Sub District Hospital confirmed the accident and said that the injured has been referred to Srinagar Medical institute for advance treatment as the condition of the injured youth is very critical.

Meanwhile police has registered a case in this regard.
