Srinagar: Hours ahead of the budget session, Speaker Legislative assembly Kavinder Gupta urged the legislators not to raise issues in the house on which discussions will not take place.

He said that there will be no discussion on Article 35 A and 370.

Talking to reporters he said he won’t allow discussion on such issues as both the issues are subjudice.

“The members should not raise these issues in the House,” the speaker said.
