A youth was injured when a bullet hit him during clashes with government forces in Drubgam village of Pulwama in south Kashmir on Monday ahead of the funeral of slain Jaish militant Manzoor Ahmad Baba.
A youth, reportedly from Tahab village, was hit by a bullet in his face during the clashes. He was shifted to District Hospital Pulwama where from he was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.
Two Jaish militants including Baba and Fardeen Ahmad Khandey were killed after they attacked a CRPF training centre in Lethpora area of Awantipora yesterday.
Meanwhile, witnesses said that forces resorted used live bullets besides teargas shells to disperse the protesters.
