Srinagar: Police on Saturday foiled the Seminar on Human rights Abuses organized by the Joint Resistance Leadership at the Hyderpora resiedence of the octogenarian pro-freedom leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani, reports said.

According to reports, since early morning police did not allow anyone to enter Geelani’s residence at Hyderpora here, the venue of the conference.

Pertinently, Joint Leadership Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik and other prominent personalities were scheduled to speak in the seminar.
