Lashkar condemns forces’ ‘inhuman’ behaviour in Hajin, vows revenge

Srinagar: Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Mehmood Shah on Wednesdayslammed the “so-called” champions of human rights across the world for not speaking against the “atrocities” committed on Kashmiris by Indian forces.

“It is only when Kashmiris retaliate and rebel against Indian oppression such organisations wake up and oppose the wrong enemy,” Lashkar spokesperson Dr Abdullah Ghaznavi in a statement to GNS quoted Shah as saying.

Shah strongly condemned the “inhuman” behaviour of forces in Hajin, saying “such acts won’t be forgiven”.

“Committing such acts in front of our mothers and sisters resemble to their behaviour in their homeland and is nothing but a sick act,” Mehmood Shah said. “Mehbooba Mufti must visit Hajin and inquire about Indian forces’ inhuman behaviours. By Allah (SWT), we shall avenge this disrespect and humiliation.”

Shah said Indian forces have been committing “sick” and “inhumane acts” for long. “Even the forage for animals was burnt to dust, thus neither animals nor humans are safe from their wicked acts,” he said.

Paying rich tribute to slain Qazigund militants, Lashkar chief said, “Our mothers are reviving the glorious history by bringing in the body of martyrs into their funeral processions as grooms. We are proud of our mothers and their utterly support to the sons of the freedom struggle.”

“We are proud of our people who not only show up at the sites of fight but support the mujahideen even though they are empty handed and unarmed. Such incidents are rarely found in the world. We are proud of our martyrs who gave up their lives but did not submit to Indian aggression and illegal occupation,” Lashkar spokesperson quoted outfit chief as saying.
