Srinagar: At least five persons were injured during clashes in Hajin in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district after an army patrolling party was pelted with stones on Wednesday.
According to reports, clashes had erupted in the area after youth pelted stones on an army patrolling party and the forces responded with pellet and bullet firing leaves at least five civilians injured.
At least four youth were hit by pellets while another was injured after being hit by bullet, sources said.
The injured have been hospitalized, sources said.
