Kulgam: Scores of people on Tuesday attended the funeral prayers of LeT militant Yawar Bashir of in Hablish village of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, reports said.

According to the reports, multiple funerals were offered for slain LeT militant at his native village. They said that the body of Yawar was draped in a green flag as it was marched through the village amid pro-Pakistan and pro-freedom slogans.

Yawar was killed in a gunfight in Qazigund area of Kulgam late last evening. Two LeT militants, identified as Furqan and Maviya, were also killed in the gunfight.
