Srinagar: Forces on Monday started cordon and search operation in Yaroo area of Langate in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday.
According to reports, the cordon was started after the security forces felt the movement of suspected militants in the area.
However reports suggest that some gun shorts were also heard in the area.
All the entry and exits have been sealed in the area.
However, official confirmation is still awaited.
