Kulgam: A Hizbul Mujahideen over ground worker (OGW) has surrendered before army in Kulgam district of south Kashmir, reports said on Wednesday.
Identified as Altaf Sheikh @Captain, he is believed to be a close associate of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Toiba.
