Srinagar: Government forces on Wednesday launched a Cordon and search operation in Najar Mohalla of Hermain village in South kashmir’s Shopian district.

Official sources said that 62 RR ,and SOG Shopian launched search operation after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area.

Sources said that large number of forces have been deployed in the area.

Search operation was going on when reports last came in.
