Srinagar: A massive search operation has been launched by government forces in over one dozen villages of Shopian and Kulgam districts on Thursday morning.
According to Sources , 62 RR, 3RR and police cordoned off more than one dozen villages including Kadgam, Barbugh, Chiterwich, Imamsahib, Hillow, Manihal, Amurbugh, Badimarg, Yamrach, Munad Gofan, Woyen, DK Pora and its’ adjacent areas after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
A heavy deployment of forces has been made in the area.
Search operation was going on when the last reports came in.
